  • Participants are single gender and multi-industry
  • Programs are modular and can be delivered over a 12 month period

In addition to our in-depth data extraction studies, HT also offers objective, independent reviews where perception studies may not be specific enough to meet an immediate need. These reviews provide stability during the storm.
  • Independent reviews are specific to situations, and are designed to clarify the facts surrounding disruptive issues. Independent reviews reduce liability by ensuring an objective and comprehensive process
  • Independent reviews reduce distraction around daily operations and create an ‘off-line’ model for solving politically charged issues
